Billing

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Manage your subscription#

Click Manage billing in your dashboard to update your card, download invoices, change plan or cancel.

Cancelling#

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds#

Your first payment is refundable within 7 days. Renewals are not refundable. Read the full refund policy and request a refund by opening a ticket in the Billing category.

Failed payments#

If a renewal fails, your license is paused until the payment goes through. Update your card from Manage billing and it reactivates automatically.
