Will Hercules lag my server?#

No. The heavy analysis happens on our infrastructure, not on your machine, so your TPS stays stable.

What happens if the connection to the cloud drops?#

Your server keeps running normally and Hercules picks up again as soon as the connection is back.

Can I use one plan on several servers?#

Yes. Plans cover all servers of your network. The limit is the total number of players online at the same time. See Plans.

Will legit players get banned?#

Hercules is built to be certain before it acts, so players with high ping or a fast mouse aren't punished for it. If you believe a detection was wrong, open a ticket with the player name and time and we'll look into it.

Can I try it before paying?#

Your first payment is refundable within 7 days if Hercules isn't right for you. See the refund policy.

Can I cancel any time?#

Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

A cheat gets past Hercules. What do I do?#

Send a bypass report with a video if you can. It helps us patch it quickly.
