Bypass reports
Report cheats that get past Hercules.
Bypass reports are how you tell us about a cheat client that isn't caught. Send them from the Bypass reports tab of your dashboard.
What to include#
- Client / hack used (required): the name and version of the cheat client.
- Module that bypassed: for example KillAura, Reach or Velocity.
- Minecraft version the cheater used.
- Extra info: settings, how to reproduce it, anything that helps.
- Images or videos: a video of the bypass is the most useful thing you can send.
Files#
You can attach up to 4 files: images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF) up to 10 MB and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 100 MB. Images are re-encoded and their metadata, such as location, is removed. Only you and our team can see your files.
What happens next#

| Received | We have your report |
| Under review | We're testing the bypass |
| Confirmed | We reproduced it and are working on a fix |
| Patched | Fixed. Thanks for helping! |
| Not reproducible | We couldn't reproduce it with the information given |
| Already reported | Someone reported it before you |
